Aviva plc announces the results of its Annual General Meeting held today.
All resolutions were voted on by way of a poll and were passed.

A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the votes for or against a resolution.
On 22 May 2019 there were 3,916,337,034 Aviva plc ordinary shares in issue. Ordinary shareholders are entitled to one vote per share held.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2R copies of all the resolutions passed other than resolutions concerning ordinary business have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
A copy of the poll results for the Annual General Meeting will also be available on the Aviva website at www.aviva.com/agm shortly.
