Aviva Investors today announced the appointment of Marcus Shepherd as real estate finance director.
Aviva Investors today announced the appointment of Marcus Shepherd as real estate finance director. Mr Shepherd joins Aviva Investors from Valad Property Group where he was most recently chief financial officer (Europe).
Based in London, Mr Shepherd will report to chief executive real estate Ian Womack, who said: "Marcus will play a critical role in building the increasingly global requirements of our finance function. He brings a strong track record in real estate finance and will be responsible for driving our financial planning, management and reporting strategy, as well as our banking relationships."
Mr Shepherd will join Aviva Investors in January 2009.
