Australia: Navigator's n-link now offers more

Online workflow reports and new client reports are some of the latest enhancements that Aviva is offering advisers through its breakthrough n-link software.

Online workflow reports and new client reports are some of the latest enhancements that Aviva is offering advisers through its breakthrough n-link software.

Aviva’s Bruce Hawkins, general manager client services, said: “n-link provides the tools that advisers need. It’s a simple, reliable and effective package that links the adviser’s office to Navigator and Aviva’s administration system.

“With the latest additions, n-link further proves its usefulness. It now gives advisers and their staff access to clients across multiple adviser accounts in just one login. This provides support staff and paraplanners with the tools to create reports and run transactions for clients across multiple advisers within a dealer group.”

The workflow report now available via n-link details the processing stage of a particular transaction and any outstanding requirements.

Mr Hawkins, said: “This report provides advisers and staff with a real-time view and status update of every transaction being processed for any of their clients.

“The report also compares the transactions against Navigator’s stated service levels, to provide advisers with an unmatched level of access and transparency over our back office processes.

“The new client details report includes information that advisers might not find readily on any other report,” Mr Hawkins said. “It lists contact information, account, pension, regular facility information and ETP details.

“With these latest offerings, we believe n-link is proving its adaptability. We know advisers are finding its applications extremely useful.”
