Aviva Direct recently obtained the French NF 345 certification for its customer relations centre, in line with the AFAQ AFNOR standards.
This certification is awarded by the French Standards Agency, AFNOR, and involves an audit of the company’s organisation, quality standards, measurement tools and systems for evaluating customer satisfaction.
Aviva Direct is the French leader in the distance selling of provident insurance (burial, hospitalisation, long-term care, accidental death, health, etc). Aviva Direct, with a portfolio of 585,000 active policies insuring some 480,000 individuals, handles more than 350,000 telephone calls a year.
In France, 1,200 companies in 20 different industry sectors have been certified. For customers, AFNOR certification is proof of service quality.
Aviva Direct is the first insurance company to obtain certification for its customer relations centre.
