We are delighted to have been named Property Manager of the Year at the UK Pensions Awards 2005.
The UK Pensions Awards is the leading awards ceremony in the institutional industry and the award is a tremendous accolade for Morley's property team and other colleagues in Morley that are involved in the property business.
In winning the award, which was presented by Graham Norton, Morley beat a strong shortlist of nominees - ING Real Estate, Schroders Property Investment Management, Credit Suisse, Prudential and Threadneedle Property Investments.
Ian Womack, Morley's managing director of property, commented on the award: "2004 was a fantastic year for the Morley Property Team and it was great to see our achievements recognised in receiving such a prestigious award, particularly against such respected competitors".
