Norwich Union Direct has appointed AMV BBDO as the advertising agency to handle all its above-the-line advertising.
Norwich Union Direct has appointed AMV BBDO as the advertising agency to handle all its above-the-line advertising.
The business was won by the agency after a four-way tender managed by Agency Insight. The other agencies involved were Leo Burnett, BMP DDB and the incumbent agency, McCann Erickson, who will continue to handle the core Norwich Union brand advertising.
The media, handled by Brand Connection, remain unaffected by the review.
Brian Richards, director of retail marketing, said: "We were looking for a significant and memorable creative idea that would engage people and motivate them to contact us. AMV BBDO showed us some brilliant work, and we are looking forward to working with them to develop it."
