Solus Accident Repair Centre, Norwich Union’s leading body repair partner, has scooped the Service Provider of the Year award at the British Insurance Awards 2002.
The accolade was announced at the Royal Albert Hall in London last night at a ceremony attended by leading insurers and brokers. The awards were sponsored by insurance trade publication, Post Magazine.
The award recognises Solus’ consistent levels of service and customer satisfaction, as well as a commitment to the insurance industry by responding innovatively to market demands.
George Dionisiou, Solus’ managing director, said: “We are very proud to be the first ever body repair centre to win this prestigious award. It is a significant achievement for us, which endorses the winning formula of the Solus/Norwich Union model.”

The Solus/Norwich Union partnership is the first of its kind in the UK, repairing more than 17,000 cars a year from its crash repair centres in London, Luton, Norwich and Epsom.
