About Aviva Services Excellence Centre Poland
Aviva Service Excellence Centre has been operating in Poland since 2010 and is a rapidly growing centre of expertise in the field of finance, actuarial, IT, data science, cyber security, change and risk. Our centre currently employs over 400 experts, and our teams continue to evolve.
Our colleagues carry out projects across multiple fields, combining programming expertise with actuarial work to develop advanced models for both prophet and capital purposes. We also contribute to the IFRS17 initiative, providing support in actuarial science as well as finance. Our IT team focuses on Big Data, DevOps, software development, automated testing, and SaaS operations, all within an Agile framework.

Our Finance team are a highly skilled group of specialists and experts with strong accounting and reporting expertise.
Actuary
Our Actuary team is the largest in Poland and we take pride in our depth of expertise and collaborative approach to safeguarding Aviva’s financial security.
Data Science
Our Data Science team undertakes a broad spectrum of data-driven tasks, including data processing and analytics, modelling with AI.
IT
Our IT Centre of Excellence team delivers advanced IT solutions that support IT platforms across the Aviva Group.
Cyber Security
Our Cyber Security team deliver services that provide robust, adaptive, and business-aligned security across Aviva globally.
Change
Our Change team designs and implements IT and financial solutions that meet the organisation's needs and supports its growth.
Risk
Our Risk team supports the Group Financial and Sustainability Risk department by identifying, measuring, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.
Operations
Our Operations team is responsible for supporting the organisation’s core operational processes.
