Direct Line has partnered with the Telegraph Media Group (TMG) to launch a new Property Club this Saturday, 16th February, across the paper and online, brokered by MediaCom.
The Property Club, which will launch on the front page of Saturday's Property Section in the supplement and within the property channel onThe Telegraph, will feature weekly news and advice from Property Club Editor Zoe Dare Hall, aimed at investment landlords. The weekly supplement will also include hints and tips for success from property expert Phil Spencer.
Direct Line will sponsor The Telegraph's Property Club for six months and will include additional advertisements across the paper and online.
The Club's launch, which builds on The Telegraph's strong investment in property advice for its readers, will feature an online hub onThe Telegraph. The hub has been created specifically for readers who are already landlords or interested in buying property for investment. Readers will be able to sign-up to a fortnightly newsletter which will offer expert information.
Jazz Gakhal, head of Direct Line for Business, said:
"Property owners are a key target for us, and our partnership with The Telegraph is a great opportunity to talk to them about our expertise in helping landlords with their insurance needs, and the benefits of coming direct."
Zoe Dare Hall, Property Club Editor, The Telegraph, says:
"Buy-to-let is back in business again in the UK, with many people who are in a position to invest viewing today's market conditions as a ripe opportunity. But keeping on top of everything you need to know can be time-consuming. The Telegraph's Property Club makes sure buy-to-let investors know about all the latest news, reports and tips, from where to find hotspots to what to do when a tenant turns bad, so landlords can stay ahead of the game."
Tristan Taylor, Senior Creative Solutions Manager, TMG, said:
"We are very excited to be working with Direct Line for Business on this new launch and look forward to growing the club with their support in the coming months."
