Diversity, equity and inclusion
Diversity, equity and inclusion
We recognise the importance of all colleagues at Aviva truly being themselves.
Aviva Communities
All voices at Aviva deserve to be heard. Aviva Communities are one of the ways we are working to become a more inclusive organisation.
We have established six employee resource groups, bringing together a wide range of support networks from across the business.
Women in Finance Charter
We're acting to support women’s progression into senior roles.
Increased gender diversity not only lends us business benefits but also has a wider impact on society and the economy, and we value this highly.
