Andrew Moffat, HR director, Aviva Europe, was invited to present the keynote speech at the 2012 European Diversity and Business Congress, held in Vienna on 1 and 2 March 2012.
The European Diversity and Business Congress is a high-ranking international gathering of senior corporate managers, HR and CSR managers, all focused on the complex challenges and opportunities related to global diversity management.
This keynote speech, titled “Harnessing diversity and inclusiveness to maximise outcomes for employees, customers, and shareholders: the pan European perspective” explored how to use diversity as an organisational strength during times of an enlarging European Union and increasing demands from consumers for businesses to individual recognise their needs.
