“Our expectations have been fulfilled, and in a year-to-year comparison Aviva Life Insurance Company is again the fastest growing insurer on the life insurance market, and the tempo of its growth is eight times that of its competitors in a market comparison,” said Jiří Schneller, general director and chairman of the board of directors of Aviva Life Insurance Company.
“Our expectations have been fulfilled, and in a year-to-year comparison Aviva Life Insurance Company is again the fastest growing insurer on the life insurance market, and the tempo of its growth is eight times that of its competitors in a market comparison,” said Jiří Schneller, general director and chairman of the board of directors of Aviva Life Insurance Company.
He was commenting regarding findings published this week by the Czech Association of Insurers (ČAP), according to which although the pace of growth of the life insurance segment has slowed, it remains the most rapidly growing segment of the insurance market.
As far as Aviva is concerned, the most recent evaluation of the market has confirmed again that Aviva is growing more rapidly than the market as a whole. In a year-to-year comparison, the life insurance market registered growth by 5.6% for three quarters, while Aviva Insurance Company grew nearly eight times faster and registered growth by 43.2%.
This achievement was brought about by the company's successful business activities in the sector of one-time coverage and stable growth in the sector of regularly paid for and arranged coverage, where Aviva grew again almost twice as fast as the life insurance market as a whole (growth by 6.1%, resp. 3.3%).
“For our insurance company, it is important that we have confirmed stable growth even in the sector of regularly paid for and arranged coverage, which is a basic personal coverage product. In fact, the life insurance market in the Czech Republic has grown in recent years mainly thanks to enormous interest from the public in one-time coverage policies,” added Jiří Schneller.
