Aviva has today announced the appointment of Martin Banks to the new role of global relationships director.
Aviva has today announced the appointment of Martin Banks to the new role of global relationships director.
Martin will be based in London and report directly to UK strategic partnerships director, Ant Middle. His appointment takes effect immediately.
Working closely with colleagues across the Aviva Group, Martin will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key strategic partners who both distribute products manufactured by Aviva and provide services to the Group and its businesses.
Ant Middle said: “This is a new role, created to gain a deeper and broader understanding of our strategic partners’ operations and enabling us to identify and maximise global opportunities.”
Martin brings extensive experience from his work across Aviva and was previously commercial development director in the European business. Prior to that, he spent more than three years in Aviva North America as senior vice president strategy & corporate development.
