Aviva Investors today announced the appointment of Beng Eu Lim as head of institutional business development – Asia Pacific.
Aviva Investors today announced the appointment of Beng Eu Lim as head of institutional business development – Asia Pacific. Beng Eu will be responsible for implementing the business development strategy for Aviva Investors in the Asia Pacific region, enhancing the offering to institutional clients whilst also building relationships with clients and consultants. Beng Eu will be based in Singapore and will report into Erich Gerth, CEO global business development, and Tahnoon Pasha, CEO Singapore.

He brings an intimate understanding of the Asian market, having worked extensively in the region for over 15 years and has a successful track record in building up new distribution channels.
“This appointment combined with our investment management capabilities in Singapore and our recent approval to access Chinese capital markets mean that we now have the ability to work more effectively with our clients. At both a global and local level it allows us to understand their requirements in greater detail and provide solutions that are suited to their needs.”
Beng Eu has joined from Turner Investments where he was responsible for developing new business and marketing its investment management services. Prior to this, he worked at Prudential Asset Management.
