Mark Wauton commented: “Nancy and Alessandro together have an enormous wealth of experience in credit research and this significantly complements the skills of the existing credit team and the processes we have in place.
“Over the past two years we have thoroughly re-engineered our investment process. We are now in a position to work towards achieving repeatable and sustainable performance for our clients within a well defined risk framework. Our team now encompasses a number of credit specialists who come from sell side and alternative management backgrounds. Our analysts are integral to our process as they are a major source of alpha generation, particularly when it comes to issuer specific relative value trade recommendations.
“I believe that we now have one of the strongest teams in the industry and these recent additions further demonstrate our commitment to build out a capability that is best in class. Our investment process is differentiated by combining strong fundamental and technical analysis which is unique for a team of our size. Having these strong skill sets in place is crucial in ensuring we continue to deliver the excellent returns our clients expect.”
