"There is nothing to apologise for. Here is something to be thankful for" - this is the main message of the new Aviva direct motor insurance campaign which starts today.
"There is nothing to apologise for. Here is something to be thankful for" - this is the main message of the new Aviva direct motor insurance campaign which starts today.
The idea for the campaign came from meetings with customers who have motor insurance with Aviva and from analysing their views in focus groups. It emerged that these people are very happy with the change of insurer. They appreciate the efficient service and individual approach but they are mainly happy with the high level of quality and the speed with which claims are resolved.
"Insurance is still classed as boring and unengaging in terms of social communication. Our campaign to introduce the Aviva brand has shown that this doesn’t have to be the case. We are now starting to present our motor insurance in a similar way," says Dominika Kraśko-Białek, vice-president for marketing at the Aviva group in Poland.
"The direct method is a modern way of distributing our insurance. Aviva is one of the largest insurance groups in Poland and we want to present our direct method as a challenge to the current shape of the motor insurance market. After all, we are the fifth largest insurance group in the world," said Maria Grzywaczewska, acting marketing director for the Aviva direct scheme.
The campaign will last for several weeks and will run on television, radio and online.
The main aim of the campaign is to encourage drivers who have not yet purchased insurance through the direct system to see what offers are available to them with Aviva. This can be done at www.avivadirect.pl or over the phone on 0 801 28 28 28 or (22) 563 28 28.
