Yonca Tasci has been appointed to AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat's directorate of human resources. Prior to her duties at AvivaSA, Tasci had been serving as the human resources director of Fako Ilaclar AS (Actavis/Turkey).
Yonca Tasci will be responsible for all human resources practices of AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat, which is at a distinctive point in the sector with the successful efforts it has realised in the field of human resources. AvivaSA, which continues its growth and leadership in the sector, is preparing to realise important works in the field of human resources in 2009.
Yonca Tasci, who completed her mid-education at TED Ankara College, began her career in the field of human resources in 1986 at Interbank. Yonca Tasci subsequently practiced human resources management in the fields of industry (Elginkan Holding, Gungor Otomotiv) and hotel-tourism (The Marmara Hotel, Crowne Plaza Holiday Inn), in that order.
Yonca Tasci is a graduate of Ankara University's School of Political Science, Academy of Media and Broadcasting.
