AvivaSA has designed online training for all of its employees to create a common culture of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the company and to ensure that its employees act on the principle of volunteerism.
The leading company in the individual pension and life insurance sector, AvivaSa Emeklilik ve Hayat has prepared online training to explain how its current and planned CSR efforts, policies, reports and CSR issues are approached at AvivaSA. AvivaSA, which has the first online training internally prepared by a company that encompasses all its employees, including its field organisations, designed the CSR training to increase its employees' feelings of social responsibility. The training, which all AvivaSA employees undergo, including its sales organisation throughout Turkey in general, relates, along with the company's CSR policies, the priority of CSR fields and the importance of volunteering.
The goal of this training, which is mandatory for all AvivaSA employees and which will be shared with each new employee who joins the AvivaSA family, is to create a common AvivaSA CSR culture to ensure that all AvivaSA employees have the same understanding and accumulation of knowledge regarding the basic principles of CSR.
Employees' levels of knowledge are being evaluated by mini surveys in this training, which relays all possible subjects, from the benefits of CSR to AvivaSA's activities in the field of CSR. Additionally, employees are able to indicate, through their suggestions and requests, in which fields they wish AvivaSA to carry out its CSR activities.
