Aviva France continued its drive to recruit new talent at the Top FI recruitment fair, held at La Défense, Paris, on 1 and 2 October. Between now and the end of the year, Aviva is hoping to recruit 50 commercial life insurance advisers. For 2009, Aviva is planning to recruit 60 general insurance agents, 135 commercial life insurance advisers and 10 regional sales managers and brokerage managers.

Seeking strong personalities with perfect understanding of life and non-life insurance
More important than high levels of qualifications, Aviva is above all looking for individual personalities with a solid sense of business, good general levels of training and successful initial professional experience behind them.  Working in insurance requires a solid footing in the local economic tissue to enable you to put forward the global protection solution which is best adapted to the risks faced by businesses or individuals. This policy of accompanying the client and an approach which focuses on personalised advice constitute the Good Advice approach championed by Aviva, an asset which sets the company apart and is becoming a precursor in terms of the transparency and quality of information given to clients. Lastly, as Aviva is positioned as an insurance multi-specialist, the general agents it is looking for must quickly learn all there is to know about non-life and life insurance products and long-term savings.
