From 14 July to 31 August this year customers who take out a third-party liability or comprehensive motor insurance policy with CU Direct (or a third-party liability and comprehensive motor insurance package), will receive basic assistance insurance services including breakdown cover at no extra cost.
From 14 July to 31 August this year customers who take out a third-party liability or comprehensive motor insurance policy with CU Direct (or a third-party liability and comprehensive motor insurance package), will receive basic assistance insurance services including breakdown cover at no extra cost.
This special offer, "Have a safe trip with Commercial Union Direct", is aimed at those customers choosing the basic breakdown assistance package. If your car breaks down whilst driving in Poland or Europe (excluding Russia), it will be repaired on site or towed to the nearest garage. This extended cover is on offer until the end of September 2008 and covers breakdowns which take place over 40km from the place where the car is usually parked.
The following are included in the motor insurance package offered by CU Direct since December 2007: third-party liability insurance, comprehensive motor insurance, breakdown assistance, accident insurance, windscreen insurance and legal protection insurance. The package has a range of modules - the customer selects the level of protection that best suits his or her needs. CU Direct offers are notable for their clear and easy-to-understand general insurance conditions (GIC) - no small print, footnotes or legal and field-specific jargon.
Sales and customer service are carried out through a call centre, which you can contact on 0-801 28 28 28 and through the website www.cudirect.pl.
Customers who arrange their insurance over the internet are offered a special rate which is 5% lower than the rate for policies arranged through the call centre. Customers buying comprehensive insurance will receive an additional gift - a bluetooth headset (this offer is open from 26 June until stocks run out).
