Delta Lloyd has entered into an exclusive collaborative partnership with Claimless BV, specialists in damage prevention. The aim of this collaborative partnership is to bring about lasting damage reduction for haulage companies. This initiative is ideally suited to Delta Lloyd as an expert insurance provider aiming to secure a long-term and prominent position in the vehicle dealership and haulage market.
Delta Lloyd held a very successful range of meetings last year for customers and insurance advisors in order to test the concept in practice. Drivers from haulage companies insured by Delta Lloyd are given a presentation, together with their insurance advisors, featuring, amongst other things, damage figures, risk perception, causes of accidents, awareness of systems and adjustment and braking and stopping distances. Specific tailored requirements can be incorporated at the company's request. Alongside this, one-to-one coaching can be offered to drivers who want to develop specific skills. (After)care for drivers who have suffered traumatic experiences is also possible. The meetings are held at the transport companies' premises.
These meetings contribute to reducing the number of incidents of damage, securing the continuity of haulage, improving the image of the profession and making drivers feel safer.
