Cees Frankenhuisen has been appointed chairman and CEO of ABN AMRO Insurance, a joint venture of Delta Lloyd Group and ABN AMRO Bank.

Cees Frankenhuisen has been appointed chairman and CEO of ABN AMRO Insurance, a joint venture of Delta Lloyd Group (51%) and ABN AMRO Bank (49%).
He succeeds Martin Duvivier, who has accepted a position outside Delta Lloyd Group as from 1 September 2008.
Cees Frankenhuisen is currently CEO and chairman of Delta Lloyd Life Belgium, which is expected to be integrated shortly with Swiss Life Belgium, which is to be taken over.
OHRA
As from 1 August 2008, Gerard van Rooijen AAG has been appointed director of OHRA Insurance. He succeeds Hans Groot, who has accepted a position outside Delta Lloyd Group as from 1 July. Gerard van Rooijen is currently manager Group Planning & Control and has worked for Delta Lloyd Group since 1996.
Appointments are made subject to approval from regulators and consultative bodies, if required.
