Last week, Aviva Spain held its annual convention in Aranjuez. Over two days, 120 employees from the different units of the group taking part in the event, attended a meeting which this year was particularly significant.
On the one hand, this is because the meeting was attended by the Aviva group's chief executive Andrew Moss, with his clear vision for the future of the group reflected in his message "One Aviva, twice the value." Moss's confidence, and the words on which this ambitious project was developed in Spain, at the very least assure an exciting project for all the members of this team.
One year on, and Aviva Spain has demonstrated its commitment through the idea that it is proud to belong to a group with Aviva's profile, setting it apart from other companies.
On the other, David Angulo, CEO of Aviva Spain since January, presented the new strategy that the group will be following over the next few years.
In addition, on 23 April, one day before the start of this convention, Angulo and his management team attended a meeting in Madrid. This was the main means of communication for the presentation of the financial results for 2007.
The figures again spoke for themselves, and Aviva celebrated, on two accounts, for its management team's successes and for the confidence in the future of those who know their ability to work in the team and collaborate between all the units, thus ensuring the confidence of the customers.
