Aviva Assurances and Aviva Vie are continuing to recruit new talent by taking part in the 54th "Carrefour des Carrières commerciales" recruitment fair on Wednesday 13 February at l'Espace Champerret in Paris. Having launched its new recruitment campaign for 2008 a few weeks ago, Aviva is continuing with its ambitious recruitment policy aimed at finding 60 to 65 general insurance agents, five sales managers and broking managers and 135 life sales advisers. Candidates must have a good level of general education and at least five years' sales experience to apply for the positions with Aviva Assurances.

Aviva looking for "personalities" skilled in both life and general insurance
Aviva is not just looking for "well-qualified" candidates, but for "personalities" who are true entrepreneurs, have a good general education and successful professional experience in sales. They also need to be based in the local area as insurance professionals need to be integrated with the local economy so as to be able to offer the most appropriate overall protection solution for commercial and personal risks. This policy of assisting the client and providing tailor-made advice are part of Aviva's Good Advice approach: a unique asset for the company, which is proving to be a forerunner in the area of transparency and the quality of information supplied to clients.

The special feature of careers with Aviva is that staff need to master both life and general insurance. In France, Aviva is a specialist in many classes of insurance, so that general agents advise their clients about general insurance, life insurance and long-term savings products.
