Sodra has transferred 27.6 million litas into the Commercial Union Lithuania pension fund account.
During the third quarter of 2007, Commercial Union Lithuania distributed a portion of social insurance contributions to clients' personal pension accounts and started an investment project. 19.7 million litas were transferred to the Europensija plius (Europension Plus) fund, 5.6 million litas were transferred to the Europensija (Europension) fund and 2.3 million litas were transferred to the Europensija ekstra (Europension Extra) fund. The equity of the Commercial Union Lithuania pension funds after the new contributions increased by 15.9% and now amounts to 195.1 million litas. Compared to the second quarter of this year, the payments from Sodra in the third quarter increased by 7%.
