As from 1 February 2008, Martin Duvivier (49) has been nominated as chairman and CEO of ABN AMRO Insurance, a joint venture of Delta Lloyd group (51%) and ABN AMRO Bank (49%). He succeeds Maarten de Groof (50), who has accepted a position outside Delta Lloyd group as from 1 February 2008.

Martin Duvivier has worked for Delta Lloyd group since 1998 and is currently chairman of Delta Lloyd Group Health Insurance. Martin Duvivier has extensive experience in the insurance industry, in the areas of life, general and health insurance.
Where applicable, this appointment is subject to the approval of the relevant supervisory authorities and consultative bodies.
