The second annual national gymnastic contest, Cupa Aviva Pelendava, was held at the National Theatre in Craiova, on 31 March.
More than 150 of Romania's future gymnastics champions competed to win one of Romania's top gymnastic awards.
Contestants from every major Romanian city competed to win the Cupa Aviva Pelendava awards.
Shah Rouf, CEO Aviva Romania, said: "We are proud to support our country's top young gymnasts in their pursuit of excellence. Cupa Aviva Pelendava is an investment by Aviva in Romania's future gymnastics champions."
This is the second year Aviva has funded this growing event. The Cupa Aviva Pelendava finals had 150 children between the ages of 8 and 17 representing sport clubs from all counties (Dolj, Timis, Iasi, Gorj, Hunedoara, Olt and Bucuresti).
Professor Alina Malaiescu-Udrea, the contest organiser, said: "We were pleased to have Aviva's support and involvement in organising this contest. Without this support we would not be able to run this national contest."
