USA: Aviva sponsors Cleaner, Greener Quincy

Aviva Life Insurance Company announces it has sponsored Cleaner, Greener Quincy for the third consecutive year.

Aviva Life Insurance Company (Aviva) announces it has sponsored Cleaner, Greener Quincy for the third consecutive year. Aviva donated US$2,500 to the City of Quincy supporting the citywide cleanup day. In addition, dozens of Aviva volunteers spent Saturday 6 May 2006 planting flowers and shrubs at Lincoln-Hancock Community School and Reay E Sterling Middle School. This effort follows Aviva’s support for the local community earlier this year with its US$10,000 contribution to the Quincy Public Schools.

“From freshly painted curbs and crosswalks to new plants and mulched beds, Lincoln-Hancock grounds never looked better,” said Dennis Carini, principal of Lincoln-Hancock Community School. “Aviva's employees should feel proud of their contribution to our community.”
