Aviva Life Insurance Company (Aviva) announces its partnership with the Quincy Public Schools. Having sponsored school events for the past two years, Aviva is increasing its level of support. At a ceremony yesterday, Jenelle M Foye, Aviva’s community involvement chair, presented a check in the amount of $10,000 to Dr Richard DeCristofaro, superintendent of Quincy Public Schools.
“Aviva is pleased to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of Quincy students and educators,” said Hans L Carstensen, III, president and CEO of Aviva. “Our partnership with the Quincy Public Schools demonstrates Aviva’s civic commitment to the public school market, which we serve.”

Additionally, Aviva’s partnership with Quincy Public Schools allows Aviva employees to volunteer their time to work directly with our students – assisting them to achieve their fullest potential.”
Aviva will be honoured as a Platinum Partner at a School-Community Partnership breakfast on 23 March 2006. In addition to its sizeable monetary contribution, Aviva has volunteered to lead a one-day cleanup project at a Quincy school this spring. Over the past two years, Aviva has sponsored Cleaner, Greener Quincy (2004 and 2005) and Quincy’s Family First Night Celebration (2005).
