The total amount invested in the Delta Lloyd Select Dividend Fund launched on 3 October has now risen to just over €327 million. This demonstrates investors’ confidence in the investment philosophy behind the fund.

Delta Lloyd Asset Management’s newest fund invests solely in mature, stable European companies with a sound financial basis and high dividend yield, as well as being undervalued on the stock exchange: the same value-oriented approach which has enabled the Delta Deelnemingen Fund to achieve an above-average performance for several years. Fund manager, Jack Jonk says: “We only invest in companies which we know very well and are not lagging behind the market”.

The fund managers, Jack Jonk and Taron Ganjalyan, will be busy selecting candidates for the portfolio for some time yet. It is expected that the portfolio will contain about 20 companies. In view of the success of the launch period, Jonk is confident about the future of the fund: “The strong influx of investors is continuing”.

Delta Lloyd Asset Management is the independent asset manager within Delta Lloyd Group with a leading reputation in the area of fixed-income investments and absolute return equity funds. With invested assets of about €48 billion, Delta Lloyd Asset Management clearly plays an active role in the asset management market.
