Through PersoniQ, Delta Lloyd offers its insurance advisers the possibility of making quotations online. Straight after the Work and Income according to Capacity to Work Act (WIA) was passed by the Upper House, Delta Lloyd introduced the possibility within PersoniQ to quote for WIA and the new healthcare product, ZorgGarant, as well. Over a hundred quotations are issued every day. About 70% of these are healthcare quotations. The remaining 30% are WIA quotations.

PersoniQ includes the possibility of quoting online for group WIA employee solutions. With this package solution for Healthcare, Income Protection and Pensions, insurance advisers can make instant quotations. They can also make transfers using this system. This all fits in with the need of the intermediary to be able to do business quickly online.
Focus on small and medium-sized enterprises
The solutions offered by PersoniQ are mainly aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. Delta Lloyd’s research reveals that this target group requires personal advice and a tailor-made range of services. In order to be able to support small and medium-sized businesses properly, the intermediary needs specialist knowledge. For this reason, Delta Lloyd has organised workshops and masterclasses.

Delta Lloyd is currently distributing an information pack on the possibilities offered by PersoniQ in the area of WIA. Special websites have also been developed for intermediaries and employers where more information can be found on Healthcare and Income Protection. The WIA legislation is also discussed there. Delta Lloyd expects that the number of quotations will increase even further after the distribution of the information pack.
