Norwich Union, the UK’s largest insurer, has recruited a new finance director, Keith Abercromby, for its UK life business.
Norwich Union, the UK’s largest insurer, has recruited a new finance director, Keith Abercromby, for its UK life business.
Keith, who will take up his new position with Norwich Union Life in January 2006, joins from HBOS where he is currently finance director of HBOS Insurance & Investment Division. Prior to his position as finance director, Keith was managing director of Halifax Financial Services.
Commenting on the appointment, Norwich Union Life chief executive Gary Withers said: “This is an important appointment for the company as we continue to transform the business for the changing markets in which we operate. Keith is a very high quality individual with a proven track record and I am confident he will make a significant impact on the development and continued success of Norwich Union Life. “
