Delta Lloyd’s special website www.zorggarantie.nl went live on 20 September. This website contains information on ZorgGarant, Delta Lloyd’s new healthcare cover and the healthcare guarantees offered by Delta Lloyd to insureds, insurance advisers and employers. Knowledge of the basic system can be tested with a quiz on the website. The website has been developed for insurance advisers, insureds under medical expenses covers and employers.
ZorgGarant
As well as the compulsory basic cover, Delta Lloyd ZorgGarant offers five additional covers. These offer increasing cover from the accessible entry level of ZorgGarant to the 100% cover of ZorgGarant Top. There are also additional modules available for costs of higher class care, alternative treatments or dental care, for example. Finally, Delta Lloyd offers a life stage model for the supplementary covers. This means that the cover and the premium vary according to the life stage of the client. After all, a person over 55 will not require maternity care and a twenty-year-old is not likely to need a Zimmer frame. So they do not have to pay for this with Delta Lloyd either.
Guarantees
Delta Lloyd offers firm guarantees of service and care. To quote Ingrid Visscher, chairperson of the board, Delta Lloyd Zorg: “Clarity and guarantees … we’re all for that …” For example, an insured with Delta Lloyd can count on the fact that he will always be operated on within two weeks or that a physiotherapist will be arranged within two days. The guarantees for insurance advisers relate to the service level agreements such as availability (for example, Team PersoniQ will answer the telephone within twenty seconds), issuing of policies and processing of claims (within ten working days). If Delta Lloyd cannot fulfil these guarantees, there is a penalty clause or an alternative solution available.
Basic system test
Insureds, insurance advisers and employers can test their knowledge of the basic system on the website with a quiz specially developed for them. On the basis of the test results, they can work out what extra support they need. Contacting one of Delta Lloyd’s healthcare specialists is one possibility. There is also a variety of attractive prizes to be won by completing the quiz, such as a luxury make-over, a massage at work and mountain bikes.
Reintegration spearhead for Delta Lloyd
Delta Lloyd is strong in the area of healthcare and income protection and can therefore offer a combined package of healthcare and income protection products, backed up by firm healthcare guarantees. On 1 September, Delta Lloyd launched an extensive campaign on television and radio, the internet and in various specialist journals.
