Tanya Veingard has been appointed commercial sponsorship manager for Norwich Union based in London. Tanya joins Norwich Union from Cohn & Wolfe where she worked for a total of eight years ending her time with them as account director, sports and sponsorship team.
Tanya Veingard has been appointed commercial sponsorship manager for Norwich Union based in London. Tanya joins Norwich Union from Cohn & Wolfe where she worked for a total of eight years ending her time with them as account director, sports and sponsorship team.
Tanya will be responsible for the day to day management of Norwich Union’s sponsorship of UK Athletics at both elite and grass roots level; she’ll be working closely with MEC Sponsorship to raise awareness of all levels of Norwich Union’s sponsorship activities.
Commenting on her appointment Tanya said: "I’m looking forward to my new role and the challenges it will bring, including engaging with the media on the many facets that the sponsorship role covers and promoting the excellent work that the UK’s largest insurer does at grass roots level helping children to lead a more active lifestyle and win the fight against childhood obesity."
