The Offer Document will be available for viewing via Aviva’s website*, although the Offer may only be accepted by returning a Form of Acceptance or (in the case of uncertificated RAC Shares) through CREST. The Offer Document is not available for viewing via Aviva’s website by certain overseas shareholders.
