Hibernian General Insurance Limited, announced today, 21 April 2004 that it has reached conditional agreement with Bank of Ireland Insurance Services Limited to offer terms at renewal on the Premier Direct Insurance motor policies, which it currently underwrites.
Hibernian General Insurance Limited, announced today, 21 April 2004 that it has reached conditional agreement with Bank of Ireland Insurance Services Limited to offer terms at renewal on the Premier Direct Insurance motor policies, which it currently underwrites. The policies were previously sold through Bank of Ireland Insurance Services trading as Premier Direct Insurance.
Dick O’Driscoll, managing director, Hibernian General Insurance Limited said: "As an existing underwriter, there is a clear rationale for Hibernian to take this business in-house. We look forward to developing our relationship with these customers and the opportunity to offer them terms at renewal."
Until completion of the agreement with Bank of Ireland Insurance Services Limited, Premier Direct Insurance will continue to operate in its role as a multi agency intermediary, with responsibility for the provision of all customer servicing of these policies.
