As a result of developments on the capital market, Delta Lloyd Hypotheken is raising its mortgage rates as of 17 October 2003.
As a result of developments on the capital market, Delta Lloyd Hypotheken is raising its mortgage rates as of 17 October 2003. The rates for 1, 2, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20 years fixed are being increased by 0.2%. The rate for 30 years fixed is being increased by 0.1%.
The following rates now apply to mortgage life assurance policies from Nationale Hypotheek Garantie:
