The Norwich European Equity Fund has been awarded first place in the Europe ex UK sector over five years at the Standard and Poor's (S&P) Awards 2003.
The Norwich European Equity Fund has been awarded first place in the Europe ex UK sector over five years at the Standard and Poor's (S&P) Awards 2003. The award was announced last Thursday and collected by the fund manager, Gavin Corr of Morley Fund Management Limited (Morley).
The Standard and Poor's UK Investment Fund Performance Awards 2003 are recognised globally as the standard by which investment managers are measured.
The S&P 'A' rated Ł170m Norwich European Equity Fund has achieved first quartile performance over 1, 3 and 5 years* and has provided a return of 11.05% over the last five years*. The Fund uses Morley's bottom up, top down investment process with a proven pragmatic investment style.
Gavin Corr also manages the S&P 'A' rated specialist Morley European Focus Fund which was launched on 5 November 2001 and has similarly delivered strong out-performance.
