Navigator today launched ‘n-link’, a new and dynamic portfolio reporting tool for independent financial advisers using the Navigator platform.
By using Navigator ‘n-link’, advisers can now enhance their already streamlined administration processes by easily accessing all their client portfolio valuation and investment product information at the touch of a button.
"This is a very powerful addition to the Navigator platform. With ‘n- link’, independent financial advisers can now quickly segment customers, create multiple reports and customise marketing opportunities,” says Allan Griffiths, CEO elect.
“We understand how busy many independent financial advisers are and this new software is really about helping them manage and keep clients informed about their investments,” said Allan.
With ‘n-link’, advisers can produce a range of reports, including portfolio valuations, market exposure, transaction summaries and product profiles.
This means they are able to take more control of their client reporting by selecting when and what they want to send to clients and how they are tailored and personalised.
“n-link is really about simplifying communication for the adviser, for example if an adviser is looking to send a letter to clients urging them to top up their super then ‘n-link’ can quickly identify who in their client database should be targeted.
“It’s about streamlining the way advisers contact clients who are all affected by similar issues – it may be as simple as creating one letter that can then be personalised,” said Allan.
Prospecting and direct mail opportunities to current clients are also available with Navigator n-link. Advisers can utilise n-link software to quickly create letters that can be mailed to targeted clients.
“This service has been designed with independent financial advisers in mind and the advantages will be quickly recognised. Navigator has created a software that will help advisers communicate with their customers without some of the customary headaches of creating mass mail-outs,” said Allan.
Allan Griffiths is available for interview.
