Aviva Life Insurance has launched operations in Uttar Pradesh.
Aviva Life Insurance today announced the launch of its operations in Uttar Pradesh with the opening of its new office in Lucknow. The office in Lucknow will serve Lucknow City and adjoining markets like Kanpur, Varanasi and Allahabad. The new office, which will be operational from 16 January 2003, will have 60 employees including the financial planning advisers and is Aviva’s ninth branch office in the country.
Aviva will also be launching its Kal Par Control advertising campaign. The ‘Kal Par Control’ campaign aims to create awareness and establish Aviva’s brand proposition of ‘empowering your future’. The advertising campaign has been running on television, in the print media and outdoor (bus shelters and hoardings) in other cities and the same has already been launched in the city.
According to Stuart Purdy, CEO, Aviva Life Insurance: "We are delighted to open our office in Lucknow since Uttar Pradesh is an important market. Through our office in Lucknow, we hope to capture a substantial market share."
Aviva has offices in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and has recently opened an office in Pune.
