Norwich Union International Limited, Norwich Union’s offshore company, has been named the Best Offshore Life Group at a prestigious awards ceremony in London recently.
It also beat off stiff competition from other financial services sectors to win a coveted Best Commitment to Service award.
The awards were presented at the International Investment Offshore Fund and Product Awards 2002, which were attended by over 300 offshore IFAs.
Before presenting the award, England’s football legend Sir Geoff Hurst said that Norwich Union International had impressed the judges with how, in such a short space of time, it had developed it’s service and technological support and demonstrated such a commitment to UK IFAs.
Commenting on the success, Paul Shirley, Marketing Director, who accepted both awards, said: “Having only launched into the offshore market two years ago, we are delighted to receive this degree of recognition so quickly.
