Linda Wallace has been promoted to head of major accounts IFA at Norwich Union – the UK’s largest insurer. Reporting directly to David Barral, director of IFA development, Linda will be based in York and on a day- to-day basis will be responsible for building relationships and developing business with IFAs across the major IFA accounts sector.
Linda Wallace has been promoted to head of major accounts IFA at Norwich Union – the UK’s largest insurer. Reporting directly to David Barral, director of IFA development, Linda will be based in York and on a day-to-day basis will be responsible for building relationships and developing business with IFAs across the major IFA accounts sector.
Linda, who has spent nearly nine years with Norwich Union, CGU and Commercial Union in various management posts, joins from the Liverpool office, where she held the post of regional manager in charge of IFA sales. Prior to joining Norwich Union, Linda worked for a number of life companies including Scottish Amicable and has spent time as an IFA.
Linda said: “This is an exciting time to be joining the major accounts team and I am really looking forward to taking on the challenges this role provides.”
