Norwich Union Australia today announced the appointment of Simon Morgan as Group General Manager - Public Affairs. Simon will take up his role in early June.
Simon Morgan joins the Norwich Union group of companies with extensive media and corporate relations experience in the financial services sector. He has most recently held the position of Group Media Relations Manager for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited, where he was responsible for the corporate media positioning of the group throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia as well as acting as a senior member of the investor/government relations team.
Prior to this, Simon spent six years with Colonial Limited based in both Melbourne and Sydney as Group Public Affairs Manager with responsibility for media management across the international group and several years in public relations consultancies in both Australia and the UK.

"He will be responsible for proactively building our communications strategies and brand reputation across each of our businesses, Norwich Union, Navigator and Portfolio Partners.
