Aviva venues

Celebrating music, culture, sport and entertainment - from Manchester’s Aviva Studios to Aviva Stadium in Dublin and the forthcoming Aviva Arena in Bristol.

Our venues

We're proud to sponsor three world‑class venues: Aviva Studios in Manchester, Aviva Stadium in Dublin and the forthcoming Aviva Arena in Bristol.

These landmark venues bring together the very best in sporting theatre, cutting‑edge arts, ground‑breaking music and next‑generation entertainment. Together, they play a powerful role in shaping the cultural output of the UK and Ireland.

Our partnerships are more than just name above the door. They mark a commitment to create meaningful long-term community, social and economic impact and to enhancing the experiences of the millions of people who pass through the doors of these venues every year.

Alongside our partners, we're working to protect, enhance and grow the things that matter most to you and to ensure that we do so in the most inclusive, accessible, and sustainable way possible.

Aviva Arena

Opening in late 2028, Aviva Arena will transform Bristol’s iconic Brabazon Hangars - birthplace of all the UK’s Concorde supersonic jets - into a state-of-the-art live entertainment destination.

One of Europe’s most ambitious new venues, the 20,000 capacity Aviva Arena will host more than 120 major events each year, welcoming over 1.4 million visitors and delivering unforgettable experiences for fans and artists alike.

Sustainability is central to the Aviva Arena’s design and operation. Running entirely on electric power and targeting carbon‑neutral operations, Aviva Arena supports Bristol’s ambition to lead the way in sustainable urban development.

Aviva Arena is expected to contribute around £1 billion to the regional economy over its first decade and create thousands of jobs throughout construction and operation. It will form the centrepiece of the emerging Brabazon New Town – a 400-acre development of the former Filton airfield, which include up to 6,500 homes, new schools, community facilities, creative workplaces, parks and public squares to create into the most exciting and sustainable new town in the South West.

You can read more about the announcement and explore the Aviva Arena website for more details on the venue.

Aviva Studios

Built in one of Europe’s most creative cities, Manchester’s Aviva Studios is one of the most ambitious and progressive destinations for the arts anywhere in the world.

Opened in 2023, Aviva Studios is the largest investment in a national cultural project since the opening of Tate Modern almost a quarter of a century ago and hosts a year-round programme of original creative work, music and special events by some of the world’s leading artists.  In 2024, TIME named it as one of the World's Greatest Places to visit.

Programmed and operated by Factory International, the organisation behind the world-renowned Manchester International Festival, Aviva Studios will become a national and international beacon for creativity, community and culture.

Aviva Studios: community and sustainability

Our partnership with Factory International is wide reaching, with support of community and social initiatives like the award-winning free skills programme Factory Academy and an affordable ticketing programme; Aviva £10 Tickets, which ensures that the arts can be experienced and enjoyed by as many people as possible.

Factory Academy

We're proud to be a Principal Partner of Factory Academy. Factory International’s award-winning skills training programme which provides opportunities for careers in Manchester’s ever-growing creative industries. A core aim of the Factory Academy is to diversify the workforce in an increasingly important sector for the region, through free and accessible training courses.

Our support of this programme will help grow the number of places on the courses, support participants with financial literacy and ultimately contribute to long-term employment in Manchester and the North-West.

Aviva £10 Tickets

We believe that everyone should get to experience great art and events, which is why we are proud to support Aviva £10 Tickets. As a part of Factory International’s affordable ticketing policy, Aviva £10 Tickets provides an accessible price point to all shows at Aviva Studios produced by Factory International aimed at those who otherwise would not be able to visit.

Official Sustainability Partner

As Official Sustainability Partner of Factory International, we will support them on their ambition to become a zero-carbon emissions organisation by 2038.

Aviva Studios will operate a ‘Zero Waste to Landfill’ policy, and work towards a circular economy approach to materials, seeking to reuse wherever possible.

This aligns to Aviva’s ambition to become a Net Zero carbon emissions company by 2040.

As part of the partnership, we will work together on innovations and strategic support to help improve the operational efficiency of the venue.

Aviva Stadium

A truly world class sporting arena, Aviva Stadium, has been the site of some of Ireland's most historic sporting achievements since it opened its doors in 2010. Aviva Stadium is the home to both the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) and the Football Association of Ireland (FAI).

It's with no small degree of pride that Aviva sponsors this inspirational arena, and we commit ourselves to encouraging the ambitions and enhancing the futures of every young rugby and soccer player in Ireland.

Aviva Stadium continues to impress its visitors with its stunning architecture, advanced engineering and sustainable practices. But most importantly the atmosphere generated inside the stadium is truly unique.

Irish Rugby Football Union

Through our relationship with Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), we're a proud sponsor of the Ireland Men’s Rugby Team.

We also sponsor the Aviva Mini Rugby National & Provincial Festivals, a programme that aims to support participation in the sport at a grassroots level for youths across Ireland.

Football Association of Ireland

Our sponsorship with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) proudly supports the Men’s National Team, the Women’s National Team and the grassroots initiative 'In Her Boots' supported by Aviva, which aims to promote and facilitate girls in sport from a grassroots level.

Aviva Stadium initiatives

Best Seat in the House

Aviva gets you to the Best Seat in the House. Insuring your home as you watch the match and insuring your car on the way to the Home of Irish Rugby and Soccer, Aviva Stadium.

As proud sponsor of Aviva Stadium, we're proud to be able to offer the opportunity for our customers to access the stadium and watch their favourite sporting moments as they support their sporting heroes in green.

Aviva Mini Rugby

Aviva Mini Rugby National and Provincial Festivals aim to support the participation in the sport at a grassroots level for youths across Ireland.

The ethos of mini rugby is to foster and develop young players (boys and girls) of all ability in the game of rugby in a safe, non-competitive, enjoyable environment through activities which ensure progressive skill development for all participants.

Thousands of young boys and girls from clubs all over Ireland take part in the Aviva Minis Festivals every year. There are four provincial festivals each season followed by the highlight of the year - the Aviva Mini Rugby National Festival in Aviva Stadium.

In Her Boots

We partner with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) on the In Her Boots programme. This is open to coaches across the 1,100+ grassroots clubs throughout the country and parents of female players in football nationwide.

This programme tackles the challenge of keeping girls involved in sports, as many tend to drop out due to insufficient encouragement, lack of role models, or limited access to resources. Supported by Aviva and the FAI’s dedication to Grassroots Football, the programme aims to create a more supportive environment for girls throughout Ireland.
