Priorities Description of priorities
Develop an environmental plan Develop and implement an environmental plan that reduces our direct and indirect emissions of greenhouse gases and other pollutants through conservation, employee behavioural changes and offsetting and procurement opportunities. This will include continuing to encourage our auto body shops to convert from high solid to waterborne paint products and developing a new set of print-related policies to reduce the overall volume of paper used.

Priorities Description of priorities
Seek LEED accreditation Apply for either gold or silver level LEED accreditation for our new headquarters.
Reduce exterior water consumption Develop landscape design to minimise watering requirements.

Maximise water conservation by using bioswales within parking areas to absorb water run-off rather than funnelling it to storm drains.

Design water retention ponds to capture run-off and create an interesting landscape.
Reduce energy consumption Significantly reduce energy use by utilising building automation systems to control utilities, including motion sensors to turn off lights in unused rooms.
