  Description of priorities
  Continue to improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for the region.
  In 2008, for the first time across all of the European Business Units Net Promoter Scores targets have been set and agreed with the Aviva Group. As part of these objectives it will be mandatory for all business units to complete a market benchmark NPS survey.
  The touch point NPS survey programme will be continued to be rolled out across the European business units.

Highlights

  • Delta Lloyd Group launched a programme to fight financial crime
