Objectives Progress against objectives
Keeping financial crime in check Our businesses take the detection, prevention and the reporting of financial crime seriously. There have been a number of initiatives in this area across our businesses to ensure that they are not exposed to financial crime.
Customer An increased focus has been placed on the customer within Aviva Europe and Performance Management Monitoring (PMM) guidelines have been established to facilitate discussions, monitoring and profiling of this area.

All European Business Units have completed an annual customer advocacy survey with above target results achieved for the Region as a whole.
