Increase participation in mentoring schemes Our enhanced relationship with London Cares has increased access to mentoring schemes. We are currently not affiliated with any particular organisation for mentoring, and this is something we intend to address in 2008.

Increase employee awareness of community giving

 We launched an awareness campaign with Norwich Union for the opportunities available to staff for community giving via Hands on Helping Charity.
