Key targets for 2007

Employee	To continue to integrate each Aviva India employee across all branches into Aviva’s values, ethics and culture.
Customer	To develop tools to ensure we are aware of our customers’ needs. To continue to grow our business. We have aggressive expansion plans for 2007. We are increasing our branches to 192 and sales force to 31,000 Financial Planning Advisers.
Standards of business conduct	To avoid miss-selling by enforcing strict guidelines which employees must adhere to when selling a policy.
