Jiri Schneller appointed CEO of Aviva Czech Republic

Aviva has appointed Jiri Schneller as chief executive of Aviva Czech Republic.
Jiri joins from ACE European Group where he was chief executive of the Czech Republic and Slovakia business. Jiri was previously a senior manager at Winterthur life insurance company where he was responsible for business development and distribution of individual and group life insurance.
Andrea Moneta, chief executive, Europe, said: “I am delighted to welcome Jiri to Aviva. He brings an exciting mix of European experience combined with a deep knowledge of the Czech Republic insurance market. I look forward to the contribution he will make to the development of our Czech business as he leads it to continued success.”
